Audio guides offer information on the view with a historical perspective. The Sky Deck allows you to step outside and truly experience the height. • Portsmouth Historic Dockyard Visitor Centre - Visitors can enjoy the historic Mary Rose exhibition and the HMS Victory in the award winning museum. Other galleries and museums add to the experience of the area and complimentary harbour tours bring the entire harbour to life. Perfect for families during the school holidays when activities take place. Open: seven days 10am - 5pm. Winter and Summer times do operate.

 

• D-Day Museum - The home to the Overlord Embroidery created to commemorate the sacrifices of the men and women who served in the Overlord operation. The largest work of its kind. Interactive films and displays and vehicles on show. Second world war items can be purchased from the museum shop. Open: Monday to Sunday 10am - 5.30pm or 5pm during the winter.

 

• Blue Reef Aquarium - With more than 40 displays including an otter holt, this aquarium offers unique view of underwater worlds. Giant stingrays and sharks swim among hundreds of brightly coloured reef fish. Open: Monday to Sunday 10am - 5pm Winter and 10am - 6pm Summer.

 

• Gunwharf Quays - Retail outlet shopping centre where visitors can enjoy up to 60% off. Designer labels including Hugo Boss and Polo Ralph Lauren. Restaurants, cinema, a nightclub and casino are all on site as well as places to stay. Open: Monday to Friday 10am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm.
